2008년에 시작된 성균관대학교 국제계절학기 프로그램은 매년 전 세계 학생들과 함께하는 글로벌 교육의 장으로 자리매김해왔습니다. 
그동안 국제하계학기(ISS) 강의만 본교생에게 개방되었으나, 2025 국제동계학기(WISE)부터는 본교생도 수강 신청이 가능합니다.

해외 학생들과 함께 짧지만 밀도 높은 겨울 학기 수업을 통해 글로벌 역량을 강화하고, 계절학기 학점을 취득할 수 있는 뜻깊은 기회에 성균인 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.

○ 국제동계학기(WISE) 프로그램 기간
- 수업 일정: 2025.12.23.(화) ~ 2026.1.8.(목), 총 12회 수업
- 휴강일: 12/25(목) 크리스마스 휴강, 1/1(목) 강의는 사전 제작된 온라인 강의(iCampus)로 대체

○ 수업 시간(전자시간표에서 확인되는 시간과 다를 수 있음을 유의)
- 오전: 09:00 ~ 12:30
- 오후: 13:30 ~ 17:00

○ 수강 대상 : 본교 정규 학사 학위과정 재학생 및 휴학생(단, 교환학생 수강신청은 별도 시스템을 통해 진행)

※ 신청 마지막 날은 17시 마감이니 유의하기 바랍니다.

○ 수강료 : 과목별 450,000원 (납부 기한: 신청 기간 마감과 동일)
※ 수강신청 후 반드시 GLS를 통해 등록금 납부를 완료하여야 하며, 수강신청 기한 이내에 등록금을 미납한 경우 수강신청 내역은 일괄 삭제됩니다.

○ 수강 취소 및 수강료 환불 : 신청 화면에서 Refund 버튼 클릭
※  공지된 수강신청 기간 내에서만 신청화면 “Refund”버튼을 통한 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
※ 신청 기간 경과 후 환불은 일반 계절학기 환불 기간 및 규정을 따릅니다. 신청기간 후 환불에 대한 자세한 문의는 wiseoffice@skku.edu 로 연락 바랍니다.

○ 등록금 면제 및 할인
- 2025-1학기 새터민장학금 수혜자 및 기초생활수급자(본인): 수업료 면제
- 2025-1학기 차상위계층(본인): 수업료 50% 할인
※ 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층의 경우 수강신청 후 수업료 납부 전에 국제교류팀으로 자격 증명서를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. (주민센터 및 구청 현장 발급, 민원 24 인터넷 발급 => 국제관 90212호 국제교류팀 방문 제출 또는 wiseoffice@skku.edu로 스캔파일 제출)
※ 새터민 장학금 대상자 중 휴학생의 경우, 휴학 직전학기 성적이 장학금 지급기준에 충족할 시 수업료가 면제됩니다. 해당자는 수강신청 후 수업료 납부 전에 국제교류팀으로 연락하기 바랍니다. (문의: 02-760-0184)

○ 수강생 특전
- 2025학년도 국제동계학기(WISE)에 한해 본교 재학생에게 참여 장학금 1인당 15만원 지급(수강 과목 PASS 시)
※  2025학년도 2학기 재학생에 한해 장학금이 지급되며, 휴학생과 수업료 전액 및 50% 면제 학생은 지급 대상에서 제외됨.(단, TA와 HA의 경우 지급 대상에 포함)
- 2025 국제동계학기 전공학점 최대 6학점까지 인정 
※ 전공 인정이 되지 않은 과목 수강 시 전공도, 교양도 아닌 일반선택 학점으로 취득하니 유의하기 바람
※ 계절수업 당 6학점(WISE+계절수업) 이내, 학년도 당 9학점 이내 수강 가능
- 2022학년도 입학생부터 신(新)글로벌품 시간 부여(학점당 15시간)
- 교환학생 지원 시 가산점 부여 예정

○ 유의사항
- 전공 인정여부는 학교 홈페이지 공지사항 게시물에 첨부된 전공인정현황표를 통해서만 확인(WISE 홈페이지 http://winter.skku.edu Program-Course Listing 에 있는 학문 단위 분류와 다를 수 있음)
- 수강신청 전 반드시 수업계획서를 읽고 교재 및 준비물 등을 확인 바람
- 2026년 2월 졸업/수료예정자도 수강 가능. 단, 휴학생의 경우 WISE를 통해 졸업학점을 충족하였다 하더라도 반드시 이후에 정규학기를 등록해야 졸업 가능(휴학생의 계절수업 신청은 재적기간 중 2회에 한함)
- 2개 수업까지 신청 가능
- 계절수업 학기당 수강 가능학점(6학점) 이내에서 겨울계절수업과 중복수강 가능(ex. WISE 3학점+겨울계절수업 3학점 수강). 단, 학년도 당 9학점 이내 수강 가능
- WISE 참가 해외대학생에게는 문화체험 프로그램이 제공됨. 본교생도 해외 학생들과 함께 참여할 수 있으나, 이 경우 별도 신청 및 참가 비용 납부 필요. 프로그램별 세부 내용과 비용은 12월 중 별도 안내 예정

2025 WISE (Winter International Student Experience) Course Registration for SKKU Students
(Registration Period: Mon 17 Nov 2025, 10:00 – Thu 20 Nov 2025, 17:00)

Since its launch in 2008, SKKU’s international seasonal programs have grown into a global learning platform that brings together students from around the world.
Until now, only ISS (International Summer Semester) courses were open to SKKU students.
Beginning with WISE 2025, SKKU students may also register for WISE courses.

We invite SKKU students to take this opportunity to strengthen global competencies through an intensive winter session alongside international students while earning seasonal credits.

○ Program Period (WISE 2025)
• Class dates: Tue 23 Dec 2025 – Thu 8 Jan 2026 (12 class meetings)
• No class on Thu 25 Dec (Christmas).
• Thu 1 Jan class will be replaced with a pre-recorded online lecture (iCampus).

○ Class Times (note: actual hours may differ from those shown on the electronic timetable)
• Morning: 09:00–12:30
• Afternoon: 13:30–17:00

• SKKU undergraduate degree students (enrolled or on official leave of absence).
• Exchange students register via a separate system.

• 450,000 KRW per course.
• Payment deadline = the end time of the corresponding registration window.
• You must complete payment via GLS after course selection.
• Unpaid registrations will be deleted in bulk after the deadline.

○ Course Cancellation and Refunds
• During the posted registration period, click the “Refund” button on the registration screen to receive a full refund.
• After the registration period ends, refunds follow the regular seasonal session refund schedule and regulations.

○ Tuition Waivers and Discounts
• Full waiver: students who received the North Korean Refugee Scholarship (2025–1) and Basic Livelihood Security recipients (self).
• 50% discount: students in the Second-Lowest Income Bracket (2025–1, self).
• After registering, eligible students must submit proof of status to the Office of International Relations (OIR).

• For North Korean Refugee Scholarship recipients on leave, the fee is waived if the last enrolled semester’s grades meet the scholarship criteria.

○ Benefits for SKKU Students (WISE 2025 only)
• Participation scholarship of 150,000 KRW per person, awarded upon PASS.
– Paid only to students enrolled in 2025–2.
– Students on leave and students with full or 50% tuition waivers are not eligible.
– TAs and HAs are eligible.
• Up to 6 credits from WISE 2025 may be recognized toward the major.
– If a course is not approved for major recognition, credits will count as General Elective (neither Major nor Liberal Arts).
– Seasonal session limits: up to 6 credits per seasonal term (WISE + winter seasonal combined), and up to 9 credits per academic year.
• For students admitted in 2022 and after: hours toward the new Global Citizenship requirement are granted (15 hours per credit).
• Additional points are planned for exchange-program applications.

○ Important Notes
• Major recognition must be confirmed only through the “Major Recognition Table” attached to the official notice on the SKKU website.
– This may differ from the academic area labels shown on the WISE website (http://winter.skku.edu > Program > Course Listing).
• Read the course syllabus carefully before registering and check textbooks/materials and prerequisites.
• Students expecting graduation/completion in Feb 2026 may take WISE.
– Students on leave must still register for a subsequent regular semester to graduate, even if WISE credits fulfill graduation requirements.
– Students on leave may take seasonal sessions up to two times during their enrolled period.
• Up to two WISE courses may be taken.
• You may take WISE together with the winter seasonal session within the 6-credit limit per seasonal term (e.g., WISE 3 credits + winter seasonal 3 credits).
– The annual cap is 9 credits.
• Cultural programs will be offered to visiting international students.
– SKKU students may join together with international students, but separate registration and participation fees are required.
