[Undergraduate] Notice of Course withdrawal, spring semester 2017

The application of course withdrawal will be allowed as follows;
※ Course withdrawal : it is made through individual student decision for personal reasons despite the course being offered normally
1. Application period: 2017.3.20(Mon) ~ 3.22(Wed) 10:00 ~ 23:00
○ The course withdrawal application CANNOT be reversed with any kinds of reasons after the end of application period
○ Confirmation date of result : 2017.3.28(Tue)
2. Subject of application & Qualification
○ Subject : Registered course(s), this spring semester 2017
○ Maximun number of courses to be withdrawn : up to 2 courses per a semester
※ The bachelor-master's common course(s) cannot be withdrawn
○ Graduate students CANNOT apply for the course withdrawal (Only for undergraduate student)
3. How to apply : GLS > Academic domain > Undergraduate course registration > Course withdrawal application
4. Confirmation on a academic transcript
○ The withdrawn course(s) will be indicated by a "W" on a student's transcript, and it will not appear from the 4th grade.
Therefore, no grading will be made on the withdrawn course(s) and no negative effect on applicants at all.
5. Note
○ The approved course(s) CANNOT be reversed.
○ Students cannot take another course instead in the same semester.
○ Partial tuition refund due to the withdrawal cannot be acquired
(Course withdrawal is not giving up course registration itself but giving up receiving credit)
○ The leftover credit due to the course withdrawal cannot be used through the Credits-carried-over-policy.
○ If students register for 1~2 course(s), they cannot withdraw from all of them . (At least 1 course should be taken)
○ You MUST carefully check the graduation requirements for the credits before applying.
